Terms governing your use of Maple Majesty Draw services and participation in draws.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maple Majesty Draw services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and TECHNO-JEUX INC, operating as Maple Majesty Draw under RACJ License #856-36.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in Maple Majesty Draw, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 19 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your province/territory)
  • Be a resident of Canada with valid proof of identity and address
  • Not be excluded from gambling activities by self-exclusion programs
  • Not be an employee or relative of TECHNO-JEUX INC or regulatory authorities
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Age Verification

We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or use another person's account.

Draw Participation

Participation in draws is subject to the following conditions:

  • Each entry requires valid payment and eligibility verification
  • Draws are conducted at specified times with transparent procedures
  • Winning results are final and not subject to appeal
  • Prize claims must be made within 30 days of draw date
  • Unclaimed prizes are handled according to RACJ regulations

Draw Integrity

All draws are conducted under the supervision of RACJ representatives using certified random number generators. Detailed draw procedures are available upon request to regulatory authorities.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated systems or bots to participate in draws
  • Attempting to manipulate draw outcomes or system vulnerabilities
  • Participating while located outside Canada
  • Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen credentials
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHNO-JEUX INC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party actions or content
  • User errors or technical issues with user equipment

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for participation in the specific draw giving rise to the claim.
